Is The Brownstone’s Event Design All Access Package Actually Worth It?
You’ve got 47 Pinterest boards, a Google Drive folder of centerpiece inspo, and a group chat with your maid of honor that’s 90% “what do you think of THIS one?” If that sounds familiar, you already know the real cost of DIY wedding design isn’t money, it’s time, energy, and the low hum of decision fatigue that follows you into every Target run between now and the wedding.
So when couples ask us if Event Design All Access is “worth it,” we get it. It’s a fair question. Here’s an honest answer.

The Real Cost of DIY Design
Sourcing your own décor sounds budget-friendly until you actually do the math. Centerpieces, candles, signage, vessels, linens and most of it gets used once. Add in the time spent comparing vendors, figuring out quantities, coordinating delivery, and then finding someone to set it all up (and take it all down at 11pm), and “doing it yourself” starts costing a lot more than a few hours on wedding day.

What You’re Actually Paying For
All Access isn’t décor rental. It’s the whole process: 1:1 time with your own Brownstone designer, access to our 3,000+ piece décor collection, linens and cloth napkins for every table, and a custom design board built around your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
You’ll preview it all in person before your wedding day, so there’s no guessing whether your vision will actually come together. Then our team handles full setup and teardown so your family gets to enjoy the day instead of decorating tables in the morning or hauling centerpieces out at midnight, that’s right all for $2,850 + tax.

One Less Vendor to Juggle
Every vendor you hire is another person to email, another contract to track, another person you’re hoping shows up on time. Because our Design Studio works directly alongside the venue team, you’re not coordinating a separate decorator, a rental company, and a venue it’s one team, one plan, one less thing on your to-do list.
Big-City Design, Small-Town Price
We built The Brownstone on the idea that couples shouldn’t have to choose between a professionally designed wedding and a reasonable budget. All Access gives you the kind of cohesive, elevated look you’d expect from hiring a big-city event designer without big-city pricing. It’s not the cheapest add-on you could choose, and it’s not meant to be. It’s meant to be worth it.

The Timing Secret Nobody Tells You
Here’s the part most couples don’t know until they ask: your design process doesn’t start until your package is paid in full. Once it is, you’ll complete a short questionnaire, get your first 1:1 designer meeting on the calendar, and have a custom design board in your inbox about two weeks later.
Couples who start early aren’t just being organized they’re giving themselves more time to actually enjoy the design process instead of finalizing centerpieces during their final dress fitting.

So, Is It Worth It?
If you’re the kind of couple who wants your wedding to feel intentional every detail pulling in the same direction, without you personally gluing a single stem, then yes. All Access trades your time, stress, and guesswork for a designer, a plan, and a team who shows up and handles it.
You’re not just buying décor. You’re buying back your last few months of engagement to actually enjoy.

This is what it feels like when everything’s already been taken care of.
