The Brownstone Rental Inventory

The Brownstone offers a handpicked selection of unique rentals for our couples to utilize at the venue. We have an all access option where you can use as many items from our inventory for your special day at a set price or you can choose items individually at an al a carte rate. The rental inventory does not include set up or tear down the items. If you would like to learn more about our event design services, please CLICK HERE. 

Please note that these items may not be taken offsite and are not available to rent for use outside of our venue. We are continually updating our inventory and will update the site as we add items. It is also possible that items could be broken or accidentally taken by another wedding. We will do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but please note inventory may vary slightly. 

Instructions

1. Review the inventory below and add the items you are interested in to your Wishlist. You will see them populate in your cart. 
2. Submit your Wishlist letting us know that you are interested in utilizing our rental inventory for your big day. (We ask that you only complete the submission ONE TIME. Once you have submitted your form you will not be able to make changes.) 
3. Once The Brownstone receives your final selections, we will add the selected items to your invoice.
4. Your inventory selections must be submitted no later than 30 days before your event and paid.
5. Rental inventory items will be available at the front of the barn when you arrive for your big day, ready for you and your team to utilize during decorating.

Event Design & Decorating
(Services)

Looking for some additional guidance on how to turn your wedding vision into a reality? The Brownstone team now offers event design services to help you plan your decor and help decorate on the day of your event. Meet with our team to plan every detail of design for your big day! 

What's Included:
- Wedding Planning Guide
- Launch Meeting 
You will schedule a meeting within one month of booking the venue to meet with one of our event design professionals. During this meeting you will discuss your vision and share about vendors that you are interested in. Our designer will help show table layout options and show you our rental inventory options. We will send a design proposal to you via email within 2 weeks of the meeting. 
- Check-in Meeting
Midway through planning we will schedule a second meeting where you will meet with your event design professional and be presented with 1 sample table setup. We will finalize your table layouts and confirm the event timeline. 
- Final Design Meeting
One week prior to your event, we will do a final walk-thru and confirm all the details for your big day. 
- Our team will provide the decor setup the morning of event as well as the beak down of items at the end of the night.
