What is the building capacity?
The Studio's capacity is 32 people. We have 4 tables with 8 seats per table. 

How do I book my date?
The Studio functions similar to an AirBNB. You can book your event using the online booking calendar below.

1. You select the number of hours that you want for your rental (be sure to include set up and tear down time).
2. Select your date and time (if you don't see your date or time available that means the venue is already booked that day).
3. Provide details about your event including contact information and reviewing our contract.
4. Pay invoice online. 

Who do I contact with questions?
You can email thestudio@thebrownstonetopeka.com. Questions will be answered within 24 hours. 

Do you provide decorating services?
Yes, you can work with our design team to create a custom design for your event! We can provide rentals, linens and balloon backdrops to help with your celebration. If you are interested, please email us at thestudio@thebrownstonetopeka.com.

Can I bring in outside vendors and alcohol?
Yes! Feel free to bring in your own vendors including entertainment, food and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Please not that we do not have an ice machine onsite. 

How early can I get in to the space and how long do I have to clean up?
You will get access to the venue when your event rental time starts. You must be cleaned up and out by the time your rental time ends. There are events that will be booked before and after so please be aware of your rental times and kind to other guests renting the venue.

How do I get in?
You will be sent a one time code to unlock the front door and instructions via email the morning of your event. Our event team will reach out to you the week of your event to confirm details and answer any questions. 

Do you have wifi? How do I work the tv? How do I control the air conditioning?
Yes, we do have wifi and air conditioning. The answers to all of these questions will be provided in a Rental Booklet available on site for the day of your event. The TV has a usb to HDMI adapter and is compatible w/ both Mac and Windows computers. 

Will there be someone on site if I have questions?
There will not be anyone on site during your rental period, but you may give us a call at (785)224-0333 during business hours (Monday-Saturday from 8am-4pm) if the need arises. Please try to have all your questions answered prior to your rental period.
