The Brownstone offers a handpicked selection of unique rentals for our couples to utilize at the venue. We have an all access option where you can use as many items from our inventory for your special day at a set price or you can choose items individually at an al a carte rate. Below you can view pricing for individual items. We also offer an All Access package which includes all rentals in our inventory as well as linens for $1,250.
Please note that these items may not be taken offsite and are not available to rent for use outside of our venue. We are continually updating our inventory and will update the site as we add items. It is also possible that items could be broken or accidentally taken by another wedding. We will do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but please note inventory may vary slightly.
1. Review the inventory below and add the items you are interested in to your Wishlist. You will see them populate in your cart.
2. Submit your Wishlist letting us know that you are interested in utilizing our rental inventory for your big day. (We ask that you only complete the submission ONE TIME. Once you have submitted your form you will not be able to make changes.)
3. Once The Brownstone receives your final selections, we will add the selected items to your invoice.
4. Your inventory selections must be submitted no later than 30 days before your event and paid.
5. Rental inventory items will be available at the front of the barn when you arrive for your big day, ready for you and your team to utilize during decorating.

We are excited to have partnered with a third-party linen vendor at The Brownstone to offer colored linens through our linen package. There are a few important things we want to ensure that you keep in mind before making a linen selection:
Color swatches will be available during our open houses as well as your scheduled pre-event meeting.
Both Linens and napkins are available. Linens can be either lap length or floor length.
Linen color choices MUST be made one month before your wedding day. If you add tables later than that deadline due to an increase in headcount, we may or may not be able to secure additional linens, so please do consider that deadline to be final.
Linens will be set up and completed by The Brownstone staff.
Napkin setup will be completed by your hired decorator or personal setup team.
The linen rental fee is as follows. The guest count does include your bridal party.
Up to 100 guests – $350
100 – 200 guests -$650
Over 200 guests – Pricing will vary
Availability of colored linen options are subject to change as we are reliant on a third party vendor.
