We offer a state-of-the-art business center featuring a glass conference room with multiple business amenities you can book for your next business retreat, luncheon, training or event. The Brownstone has it all from technology including large monitors and projector to take your presentations and visuals to the next level, our rustic elegant reception hall that can seat up to 200 people, lots of outdoor space including our limestone patio and more. Our staff will take care of all the details; come ready to take care of business and we’ll handle the rest.

Half Day .............................................. $500
(4 hours between 7:00am-5:00pm). Hourly pricing after 5pm.
Full Day ................................................. $800
(8 hours between 7:00am-5:00pm). Hourly pricing after 5pm
Lower Level Conference Room................$75/Hr

All hourly rates are subject to a 3 hour minimum.

There is a $5 per person fee for every guest over 200

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package - $1.50 per guest
Includes lemonade, ice tea, and water.
Extras: Coffee add $0.25 per guest
Soda – Add $1.00 per guest (Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Sprite)
