Packages are priced based on number of seats on the floor. Final guest count is due at least 14 days before the event. Price includes set up, tear down, bartender and security guard for 5 hours. All beer is served in cans. Wine and spirits are served in plastic-ware. Glassware can be rented at an additional cost.

The Brownstone can provide an additional bartender for a second location for guests for the 5 hour alcohol service if you are having a guest count of 200. Please note we only allow beer and wine at mobile bar stations.
Mandatory Security

All events with alcohol service require on-site security guard, arranged by The Brownstone.
