We are writing you to share some helpful reminders while planning out your decorations for your big day.

Please consider your headcount when planning out floor plans.

Tables
The Brownstone has the following tables available for the client to utilize.
(25) 30”x 96” Long Banquet – Great for guest seating, buffet and head table
(25) 60” Rounds – Great for cake table or guest seating (under 120)
(5) 30” Rounds – Cocktail tables
(2) 48” rounds – Cake table, guest book table or sweetheart table
(2) 18” x 72” – Guest book and gift table

Please do not use the following when decorating: wires, staples, nails, non-removal tape, confetti, glitter, rice, fake petals or bird seed. 
Sky lanterns, sparklers and fireworks are strictly prohibited. 

We welcome the use of candles, but they must be on trays or mirrors and the flame must be contained.
Votive candles are a good option except on flooring.
