We hope wedding planning is going well for you! There is so much to celebrate, which is why we want to share a variety of seating arrangements to add to the ambiance of your reception. 

Let’s talk numbers, The Brownstone’s max capacity for the main event hall is 200 people which includes you, your bridal party, your family, your guests, and your vendors. The Brownstone does have the ability to add a tent to the brick patio which can expand the capacity of the venue. There is an additional cost for the tent and additional guests. 

Table Sizes

(25) 30”x96” Long Banquet – Great for guest seating, buffet and head table
(25) 60” Rounds- Great for cake table or guest seating under 120 people
(5) 30” Rounds- Cocktail Tables
(2) 48” Rounds – Cake table, guest book table or sweetheart table
(2) 18” x72” – Guest book and gift table

 

Head Table

For our head tables, we utilize two 7ft banquet tables with a 48” round in between for the bride and groom. Three 8ft tables do not fit will in the barn but could be utilized on the brick patio.

 

Layouts

The layouts below are staples at the Brownstone. We are a long and narrow venue so long and narrow tables fit better in our space. Rounds are absolutely beautiful but we can only fit around 120 guests when utilizing rounds only.

The buffet table typically is located on the dance floor and then cleared after dinner before the toasts. The Brownstone team will work with your caterer to clear the buffet line and break down the tables.

Tables are easy to move! Utilize the layouts below as a starting point. We can move and shift tables until we find the layout that fits your vision.
