All Brownstone wedding packages include exclusive access to the venue from 9:00 AM to midnight.

This means couples can:

• Begin getting ready on site at 9:00 AM in our bride and grooms lounges
• Decorate and set up without time pressure
• Allow vendors to arrive early and execute a flawless setup
• Take care of bridal portraits on site

All vendors also receive 9:00 AM access, giving your photography, catering, décor, and entertainment teams plenty of time to prepare for a seamless event.

You Choose Your Wedding Ceremony Time

At The Brownstone, you choose your ceremony time, and that choice officially starts your 6-hour continuous wedding event.

How the 6-Hour Wedding Event Works

• 1 hour for the ceremony
• 5 hours for the reception

While ceremonies typically don’t last a full hour, the remaining time flows naturally into cocktail hour—keeping the celebration moving smoothly without interruption.

Cocktail Hour & Bar Service That Flows Seamlessly

Our bar packages are perfectly aligned with the 5-hour reception window, ensuring guests are never waiting.

As soon as your ceremony concludes:

• The bar opens
• Guests enjoy cocktails and cold drinks
• You can finish portraits and family photos stress-free

What’s Included in the 6-Hour Wedding Event Time

We consider the 6-hour event window the true heart of your wedding day. This time typically includes:

• Wedding ceremony
• Cocktail hour
• Grand entrance
• Dinner service
• Toasts and speeches
• First dances
• Cake cutting
• Bouquet and garter toss
• Open dancing and celebration

Everything fits comfortably within this window—without feeling rushed or overwhelming.

Last Call, Vendor Wrap-Up & Midnight Exit

To ensure a smooth ending to your celebration:

• Last call takes place 15 minutes before the end of the 6-hour event
• Bar service ends
• DJs conclude the final song
• Our Brownstone team begins venue cleanup

We ask that all personal items and décor are removed by midnight so our team can properly clean and prepare the venue for the next event.
