 Floral Edison Bulbs ($100) & Edison Bulbs Excluding Floral ($75)

If your dream wedding consists of dancing under these beautiful Edison bulbs and flowers, then consider this rental for your big day!

 

 

Full Free-Standing Wooden Arbor ($115)                  
Can be used anywhere in or outdoors. Stands approximately 8ft. tall and 10 ft. wide. Floral sprays are excluded.

Wooden Arbor for Limestone Patio ($115) Free standing wooden arbor. Arbor was designed to fit on Limestone Patio. Floral décor is excluded. 

Floral Swing ($100) Looking to swing into the future with your loved one? The floral swing makes for great photo opportunities for
you and your guests!

Linen packages

We are excited to have partnered with a third-party linen vendor at The Brownstone to offer colored linens through our linen package. There are a few important things we want to ensure that you keep in mind before making a linen selection:

• Color swatches will be available during our open houses as well as your scheduled pre-event meeting.
• Both Linens and napkins are available. Linens can be either lap length or floor length.
• Linen color choices MUST be made by your pre-event date. If you add tables later than that deadline due to an increase in headcount, we may or may not be able to secure additional linens, so please do consider that deadline to be final.
• Linens will be set up and completed by The Brownstone staff.
• Napkin setup will be completed by your hired decorator or personal setup team.
• The linen rental fee is as follows. The guest count does include your bridal party.
  • Up to 100 guests – $250
  • 100 – 200 guests -$500
  • Over 200 guests – Pricing will vary
• Availability of colored linen options are subject to change as we are reliant on a third-party vendor

Yard Game Package ($65)

Looking for a creative way for your guest to enjoy cocktail hour? We offer three games: cornhole, ladder toss, and life size Jenga. The games would fit great on our brick patio or an area in the lawn. The Brownstone Team will have the games set out in the area you choose at your pre-event meeting. No hauling, no set-up, we do the work for you!

 

Whiskey Barrels ($65 for use of up to 3 barrels)

Whiskey barrels are great to hold a picture frame, floral arrangement, or that special guest book.
