What to expect at your pre-event meeting?

Hey Friends,

We love the opportunity to work with our couples and enjoy being able to meet and discuss the details of the day to ensure you have a seamless wedding day.

We have created this post to help prepare you for the fun!

A pre-event meeting will be scheduled at least 3 weeks prior to your event.

Our office team will send out a Wedding Day Form for you to fill out electronically and submit before your pre-event meeting. This form includes details such as defining wedding day timeline, walking order, vendor information, etc.

During your pre-event, you will meet with your assigned venue coordinator. Your assigned venue coordinator will be your designated contact from The Brownstone Team, any changes or updates can then be asked to your assigned coordinator. That coordinator will be at you rehearsal and the ceremony/evening of your wedding day.

During this meeting they will go over an extensive list of details regarding your wedding and/or reception. Please bring the names and contact information for all independent vendors to this meeting.

At this meeting the coordinator will finalize floor plans, walking order, headcount for alcohol packages and so much more.

If there is any balance remaining on the account a payment is required at this meeting. Also, please be prepared to provide current credit card information. This credit card will be on file to cover any damages or overages that are incurred on the day of the event.

Cheers!
